Acceptance
By creating an account or using Averiq you agree to these terms. If you use Averiq on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
The service
Averiq provides tools to record and report money received and paid. It is a bookkeeping aid and does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and enable two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your organizations.
Your data
You own the data you enter. You grant us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break security, overload the system or access other organizations' data.
Plans & payments
The Free plan is provided at no cost. Pro is billed in advance for the selected period and activates once payment is confirmed. Plan features and prices may change with notice. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability
We work hard to keep Averiq available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. Keep your own exports or use Pro backups for important records.
Termination
You may delete your organizations at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Averiq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
