Who we are
Averiq (averiq.space) is an online accounting service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
• Account data: your name, email address, password hash, optional phone number and profile photo. • Organization data: the accounts, transactions, purposes, parties and files you and your team enter. • Usage and security data: sign-in times, IP addresses, device/browser information and an activity log of actions taken in your organizations. • Payment data: plan, amount and payment reference. Card and wallet details are handled by our payment providers (Stripe, SSLCommerz) and never stored by us.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, show your reports, send account emails (verification, password reset, invitations, receipts), prevent abuse, and improve Averiq. We do not sell your data and we do not use your accounting data for advertising.
Who can see your data
Only members of an organization, according to the roles the owner assigns. Platform administrators may access data when required for support, security or legal reasons; such access is logged.
Security
Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, secrets such as SMTP and gateway keys are encrypted at rest, and every change is recorded in an audit log. Pro organizations can encrypt sensitive fields with a per-organization key.
Retention & deletion
Your data is kept while your account or organization exists. Owners can delete an organization at any time, which permanently removes its data. Backups made by the Pro plan are deleted with the organization.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only — to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as theme. We do not use advertising cookies.
Analytics
We run our own first-party analytics to understand which pages are useful and how the product is used. A random, anonymous visitor ID is kept in your browser's local storage; we record pages viewed, time on page, the referring site or campaign, and device, browser and operating system type. When you are signed in, this activity is linked to your account so we can support you and improve features. We do not store your IP address in analytics, we never sell this data, and no third-party tracking or advertising scripts are used. Raw analytics events are deleted after about 13 months.
Your rights
You can access, export (PDF/CSV/backup), correct or delete your data. Contact us for any privacy request.
